• Venue: National Aquatic Centre, N.A.C., Snugborough Road, Blanchardstown,  Dublin 15

• Facilities: 10 Lane Short Course (25m) pool with Warm up/Swim down facility throughout the day in the diving pit. OMEGA electronic timing.

• Time 
• Session 1 – Saturday October 22^nd Warm up 9.00am Start 9.45am
• Session 2 – Saturday October 22^nd Warm up 1.30pm Start 2.00pm

• Heats All events will be run as Heat Declared Winner (HDW) events with  seeded heats, mixed Men and Women. 
•   All events will run 10 Lane Heats

  “Overhead starts” will be used for ALL events

• Age Age Groups for Men & Women
• Individuals :- 19yrs – 24yrs, 25yrs – 29yrs, 30yrs – 34yrs etc. and upwards in 5 year intervals.
• Relays :– 76yrs-99yrs, 100yrs-119yrs, 120yrs-159yrs, 160yrs-199yrs, etc. and upwards in 40 year intervals.
• Age at 31st December 2011 and all competitors must be 19 years or over on the day of swim and must be a member of an affiliated club.
• Competitors may represent only ONE club in the competition (Excluding the Water Polo Relay).

• Dependent on the number of entries received the organisers reserve the right to
• (1) Limit number of heats if necessary
• (2) Adjust the start time of the sessions if necessary.

• Health and Insurance are the responsibility of the entrant

• ENTRY FEES 
• Individual €8 (£7 GBP)
• Relay €15 (£12 GBP)

• Entries will not be accepted without an entry time or fee.

 NO LATE ENTRIES NOR CHANGES ON THE DAY WILL BE ACCEPTED.
